1 Westley Avenue

We delivered façade maintenance works at Evergreen Apartments, 1 Westley Avenue, Ivanhoe, including rope access pressure washing and repainting of inaccessible precast panels. The scope involved the installation and certification of a comprehensive anchor point system, enabling safe access to all areas of the façade. We pressure washed both raw and painted precast panels, completed minor concrete repairs, and applied three coats of high-quality water-based paint to restore the building’s appearance. Works were completed with minimal disruption to residents, and all access, safety and compliance requirements were carefully managed throughout. This project highlights our ability to deliver safe, efficient and high-quality façade upgrades in complex residential environments.
