We delivered a premium façade upgrade for a multi-level residential building in Southbank, including the safe removal and replacement of combustible cladding, structural modifications, and feature lighting to the entrance canopy. Working within a live environment, we coordinated closely with consultants and managed all safety, traffic, and compliance requirements, ensuring minimal disruption and a high-quality outcome. The scope included extensive rope access works, non-combustible cladding installation in accordance with current NCC standards, and restoration of external finishes to match the original architectural design. Feature lighting was integrated seamlessly into the upgraded façade, enhancing both safety and visual appeal. Our team managed all stakeholder communication, site logistics and staging to maintain resident access throughout construction. The project was delivered on time and in full compliance with regulatory approvals, reaffirming our capability in complex façade remediation and high-traffic residential environments.
